General Specifications:
Both Vibration or temperature are measurable with the MC-5 monitor, its 4-20mA output works as a signal transmitter for PLC’s or DCS. Its additional relay outputs makes the MC-5 a low-cost, as well as an easy to operate monitor because of its simple configuration and its front display indicator level and relay condition indicator leds.
Alarm level settings:
The thresholds are adjustable by means of dual alarm settings (danger/emergency) as the measurement is made. If trip levels are exceeded, two independent relays output are activated (in order to trip an audible or light alarm), at the same time a contactor is activated as a second protection.
Output signals:
Two output signal: one BNC connector for sensor´s measurements collection through a FFT analyzer or data collector, and one additional output, suited on the front, for another MC-5 module (to take some other variable measurements from the same sensor)
